Terri Doby is the budget manager of the City of Anna, Texas. She has twenty years of local government budget experience, with a strong background in overseeing the publication of annual budget documents, forecasting revenues, preparing multi-year financial plans, and five-year capital improvement plans. Terri is a Certified Government Finance Officer and also serves as a Government Finance Officers Association budget document reviewer. Prior to Anna, Terri has worked for the cities of Addison, Rowlett, Denton, and San Antonio, and Collin County. Prior to her time in municipal government, Terri taught high school social studies. She has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. Terri currently resides in Melissa, Texas with her husband Gary.
