Texoma Council of Governments (TCOG) is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Utilities Services Eligibility Specialist to join our team and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families across the Texoma Region. This position connects people with resources that can help them maintain essential utility services, improve household stability, and move toward greater self-sufficiency.
At TCOG, the work we do reaches beyond individual programs. Our Energy Services team helps provide essential assistance to households throughout the Texoma Region through programs such as the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP), Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), and Community Services Block Grant (CSBG).
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, can make sense of complex information, communicates well, and takes pride in getting the details right. You’ll need the ability to balance compassion with sound judgment, work independently while being part of a team, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
