Housing Program Manager

Texoma Council of Governments (TCOG) is seeking an experienced and motivated Housing Program Manager to lead the administration and performance of our federally assisted housing programs.  This is an opportunity to join an organization committed to helping individuals and families achieve greater housing stability, self-sufficiency, and opportunity in Fannin and Grayson Counties.  If you are a strong housing professional who enjoys leading people, solving complex problems, working with community partners, and makinjg meaningful difference in people’s lives, we’d like to hear from you.

The Housing Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for TCOG’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Project-Based Voucher (PBV), Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS), Homeownership, Foster Youth to Independence (FYI), Family Unification Program (FUP), VASH, and other special-purpose housing programs. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Housing Program Manager is a key member of TCOG’s leadership team and serves as the organization’s primary technical and operational resource for housing programs.

At TCOG, our work is grounded in a simple idea: Better Leaders Building Better Lives.  Our Housing team plays an important role in turning that vision into action by helping families access safe, affordable housing and pathways toward greater stability and independence.  We value Commitment, Integrity, Courage, Trust, Support, and Celebration—and we’re looking for a Housing Program Manager who brings those values to work every day.

If you’re ready to put your experience to work in a position where leadership has a direct impact on people’s lives and the communities we serve, we encourage you to apply. {Click here to review the job description}
