The Texas Regionally Coordinated Transportation Planning (RCTP) is sponsored by the Texas Department of Transportation to aid 24 regions across Texas coordinate public transportation service across metropolitan, suburban, and rural areas.

TCOG participates in and supports local efforts to create a coordinated public transportation plan for Texoma. Transportation services are offered by Texoma Area Paratransit System, Inc. (TAPS).
