This webinar will explore the funding opportunities available to your community through the <a href="https://rrc.texas.gov/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Railroad Commission of Texas</a> and <a href="https://www.tceq.texas.gov/remediation/bsa" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Brownfield</a> Programs. They will outline who qualifies for the funding, what properties are eligible, and what to expect once your site has been accepted.</p>

Join TCEQ and the RRC for this webinar and you will learn everything you need to know about VCP, including the steps needed to successfully complete the program and receive your release of liability. Also, listen in for additional resources at the RRC, such as the State Managed Cleanup and State-Funded Plugging Programs, that play a major role in cleaning up abandoned oil and gas sites in Texas.</p>
