The Housing Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for TCOG’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Project-Based Voucher (PBV), Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS), Homeownership, Foster Youth to Independence (FYI), Family Unification Program (FUP), VASH, and other special-purpose housing programs. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Housing Program Manager is a key member of TCOG’s leadership team and serves as the organization’s primary technical and operational resource for housing programs.

Salary Range: $76,530 – $129,430

Texoma Council of Governments is a voluntary association of local governments in Cooke, Fannin, and Grayson Counties, focusing on improving economic vitality and quality of life in Texoma. TCOG collaborates with public and private sector partners to deliver programs and services supporting the health, welfare, and future of citizens and communities in the region.

At TCOG, the work we do reaches beyond individual programs. Our Energy Services team helps provide essential assistance to households throughout the Texoma Region through programs such as the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP), Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), and Community Services Block Grant (CSBG).
